Eliminare l'account Wonderlet
Dall'app
- Apri Wonderlet.
- Tocca il tuo avatar in alto a destra in Oggi, oppure il tab Profilo.
- Scorri in fondo e tocca Elimina account.
- Conferma. L'eliminazione è immediata e non si può annullare.
Se l'eliminazione non riesce, esci dall'account, accedi di nuovo e riprova: per sicurezza serve un accesso recente.
Senza l'app
Scrivi a [email protected] dall'indirizzo email dell'account (o indicando con quale account Apple o Google accedi). Eliminiamo l'account entro 30 giorni e te lo confermiamo per email.
Cosa viene eliminato
- L'utente e il collegamento con Apple, Google o email.
- Preferenze: lingua, argomenti, orario del promemoria.
- Nozioni lette e salvate, esiti dei quiz, streak, nozioni extra.
Cosa resta
- Le proposte di domande già inviate, senza più un account collegato. Se vuoi che le eliminiamo, scrivici.
- Le carte create in Keeplet restano nel tuo account Keeplet: si eliminano dall'app Keeplet.
- Gli eventi di utilizzo anonimi di Firebase Analytics e le segnalazioni di arresto di Crashlytics, che non contengono nome né email, restano per il periodo di conservazione di Firebase (al massimo 14 mesi per Analytics, 90 giorni per Crashlytics).
Delete your Wonderlet account
In the app
- Open Wonderlet.
- Tap your avatar at the top right of Today, or the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
If deletion fails, sign out, sign in again and retry: a recent sign-in is required for security.
Without the app
Write to [email protected] from the account's email address (or tell us which Apple or Google account you sign in with). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your user and the link to Apple, Google or email.
- Preferences: language, topics, reminder time.
- Notions read and saved, quiz results, streak, extra notions.
What remains
- Question proposals you already sent, no longer linked to an account. Write to us if you want them deleted.
- Cards created in Keeplet stay in your Keeplet account: delete them from the Keeplet app.
- Anonymous usage events in Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics crash reports, which contain no name or email, are kept for Firebase's retention period (at most 14 months for Analytics, 90 days for Crashlytics).
